Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity as our HR and Payroll software. It helps with company wide communication and eases manager approvals for time off as well as pay increases, etc. We use Paylocity for most everything HR/Payroll related.
- Paylocity makes it easy to communicate upcoming events.
- Paylocity's approval system is seamless and has made our managers lives easier.
- Paylocity is always offering education on it's products as well as industry news.
- Paylocity's community portion could add more pre-written responses.
- Paylocity could make it easier for HR to see their personal employee info on the Self Service Portal, without having to also filter through other employees due to Access level.
- The first two were hard to think of so, Paylocity is doing great.
- Paylocity has made it easier for company wide communication with is a huge cost saver on major changes in the company.
- Paylocity allows us to be more efficient with managing employees.
- Paylocity has allowed us to have better data for decision making.
We do not use a lot of these, so we still have room for growth as a business using Paylocity.
This is a wonderful tool, that all of our employees have used or have access too. We as a company recommend all of our employees use this tool, as well as we use it for communications of events. This is by far one of the best things about Paylocity.
