Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We are a property management company with staff that work at our home office and off site at buildings we manage. Paylocity offers several features that are helpful in managing our staff. We use Paylocity to run payroll, to time keeping, managing time off and time off requests, to communication options. Paylocity has served us well.

  • Excellent customer service
  • Communication features
  • Managing time off requests for salaried employees and hourly employees in one spot (integrating Time & Labor with the Self Service time off calendars)
  • Excellent historian data and employee management
  • Excellent reporting and ways to pull specific employee data
This is not applicable
We are just starting to use these features, so currently little impact. But I am, hopeful that they will be used more in the future.

Paylocity can be overwhelming as there are a lot of features.
It would be useful to have a training module that is sent to all new admins.
Paylocity is useful in allowing staff to punch in and out using their mobile devices, which is helpful for staff that is mobile.
