Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Paylocity is utilized within our company for Employee File Management, Payroll Distributions, ATS, and LMS. Paylocity allows us to maintain all information for an employee from hire to training to working. As Paylocity continues to create new modules and connections within it's system, we are growing our utilization of it.

Module for Client documentation; in our field it would allow us to use Paylocity for everything.

Reduced error in New Hire Demographics entry

More consistent processes with conversion from paper documentation.

Paylocity Automated Processes

We unfortunately have not utilized very much of the automation within the system, due to some unique needs that the system just can't quite cope with. It is something I am actively desiring to pursue but short-staffing has prevented this. I would love to see more training courses on how to complete these automations.

Paylocity Employee Engagement

We have begun using these over the last year. Our Community page is predominantly used for company announcements and automated birthday/anniversary celebrations. We have minimally used Surveys but with great success. We could love to continue learning how to better integrate the Community module.

Alternatives Considered

We have other products used at our company but they do not stack up against Paylocity's abilities.

Likelihood to Recommend

I love the recent Workflows integration; it has allowed us to completely remove one paper form that was often fraught with errors to a digital format where data entry is better controlled. There is still growth needed, but it's going great.
The Learning module has been a great integration for our company; creating content is easy. It is still struggling with SCORM file integration and we continue to have difficulties between our SCORM file video vendor and Paylocity's ability to play these.
