Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity as our HRIS and payroll system. We were getting to big to not have an HRIS, so we wanted something that would not only have HR functions, but payroll and help with compliance. I use the system on the HR side and manage the payroll specialist. I am so thankful we had this before Covid, I am not sure how we would have handled onboarding new employees without it.

Payroll, onboarding and reporting has become much easier and quicker. I also feel it is much more accurate. I am also able to get answer to the c-suite faster, which creates a better working relationship with them.
We have not used that to the fullest. We have just started using it for getting notices out, but it is a struggle to get employees to look at one more thing.
We selected Paylocity based on our CFO recommendation because he used it at a previous company. Paylocity has much more breadth than what the local accounting firm could offer - would have had to find a HRIS system and kept it separate from payroll
