Great Platform
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I am the HR Manager for our company. I utilize the recruiting, onboarding, HR and Payroll, Time and Labor features.
We are in constant need of hourly labor and Paylocity seamlessly integrates with Indeed which produces a steady flow of applicants.
Our company is almost 200 employees, we have a fair amount of turnover so managing staff day to day is essential and Paylocity supports that need.

Pros
- Recruiting is robust and flexible. Great screening question setup especially for our hiring needs at all levels from admin to managers.
- The payroll set allows you to see an estimated payroll if you are thinking about changing tax set up or adding dependents.
- Time and Labor allows us to give all relevant employees access to all clinics to they can move from site to site with easy access.
Cons
- The system overall seems a bit hinky and odd things happen for no apparent reason.
- It would be nice if my scheduled interviews would go into my Google Calendar.
- Definitely more consistent processes within recruiting and payroll.
- Ease of access and use by employees. Relatively intuitive.
I have been employed for 6 weeks. In that time, I have been able to hire 20 employees alone. That is amazing. Since this process has been successful it allows my Director to move on to hiring other higher level candidates. We are at 96% staffed. Additionally, I am able to maintain a pipeline of candidates for hire as needs change.
