Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use time and labor, HR and Payroll along with running a tone of reporting.

I have been working with Paylocity for the past 7 months and everything for the most part have been running smoothly.

Pros

  • Reporting
  • Importing multiple pay rates
  • Payroll audits

Cons

  • Timecards and how time is entered. (At least for our company)
  • We do not have and assigned account manager, so I feel like we don't have that one person to get to know as a company and help utilize what Paylocity has to offer.
  • Employee portal and trying to find where they can update DD, W4's ext. (This could just be our company and being tech savvy)
  • Consistent reporting for payroll prep.

Paylocity by far has the best reporting, during a time import it can break out into multiple payrates, I really like the ACA reporting.

GoCo Had a really good clint management system would meet on a weekly bases.

UKG- I worked more in UltiPo and expected more but our company was very complex and had a unique set up.

Yes

I run payroll and I know people have issues with timecard being timed out by the time they are trying to save then everything going blank or sending and error code.

I personally really like the company and have learned my own tricks to navigate, and I try to teach anyone interested in our company.
