Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use it to process payroll. We have the HR & Payroll module only. The system is very user friendly, intuitive, and tech based allowing for self service in so many ways.

- Consolidation of payroll into one system
We only utilize the HR&Payroll module which is really only a very small part of the system.
We already have an internal communication tool within our organization; so having yet one more channel to manage is not ideal for us. So, we use it for the bare minimum. And these tools often times push out automated emails to all users without any pre-warned notice to Admins which then causes confusion and unneeded questions from employees. Therefore, we have to perform damage control. So, it would be better if Admins are asked prior to these emails going out.
It's a much more tech based platform which allows for much greater reporting and self service.
