Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use the entire HRIS Paylocity suite of products, from on-boarding, benefits administration to time and payroll processing. By using the full suite of products, on-boarding, payroll processing, benefit management and open enrollment is nearly seamless.

Like the rest of the world, I think Paylocity seems to be short-staffed. Thus significant issues take quite a bit of time for us to get resolved. I've had an outstanding tax issue since April that still hasn't been fully resolved. However, I've used several HRIS / Payroll systems and I think Paylocity has been the best. The HSA/FSA/Cobra administration is so very easy. And once we got our on-boarding workflow corrected it works very well.
