Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity makes it super easy to manage our 1000+ employees throughout 40 stores. Their system is pretty user-friendly and easy to learn. They also have a ton of support articles as well as a couple of other support methods that make finding the answers to our questions much easier than any other program I've used.

  • Better reporting options
Paylocity is a better option in pretty much every single way. I think APS is a fairly new product so they have a lot of issues to figure out. They didn't even have functionality for effective dates which is a pretty important thing to have in a HR/payroll system

I think Paylocity is perfect for any size company that wants an HR/payroll solution. In my opinion, not as good for a company that is just looking for an onboarding or recruiting solution as those are some of the weaker points of the system
