Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is a time saver for us. It seamlessly puts all aspects of HR, payroll, and time management in one place. I think it is very user friendly and has a great support system. It was relatively easy for us to implement. In my opinion, the price point is very affordable and it's flat fee versus per payroll fee is a great value.

In my experience, payroll and time tracking is so simplified that there is more time left to build training, review templates, surveys and focus on overall employee engagement. The onboarding tool is very customizable so it saves us time in obtaining new hire paperwork. The training module has streamlined the annual required training that is needed for each employee.
We are still waiting to see an increase in employee engagement from these tools. We have only been using them for under 3 months and it takes time to get employees involved. I believe we will have a better gage on these by second quarter of next year. We are hoping this gets employees interacting with each other.

The time management system has been a great fit for our unique situation of on site and off site employees. The onboarding module is very easy for us to use and saves a lot of hands on time. In my experience, the benefits enrollment system has been very useful in a seamless set up from employee to payroll deductions.
