Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity every day and absolutely love it! I used it at my previous employer and I implemented it at my current job as soon as I started working. It is very user-friendly and I can't imagine using another system. We use Time & Labor, Expenses, Payroll, Onboarding and Recruiting.

It has helped us manage our time better as well as money.
Easy to navigate. I don't particularly like or dislike Impressions, we just don't use it much. However, our employees love the Community because it helps keep everyone informed.
I did not like it at all, not user-friendly and felt outdated.

I love that it's fully integrated with some of the vendors we use. I love that it's an A-Z software. Starting with recruiting to onboarding and moving directly into payroll without having to do double work on data entry.
