Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Onboarding paperless environment, tracking of applicants and surveys for employee engagement and performance management. All of these process were done via paper and often times became cumbersome. Since transitioning to the Paylocity suite of products, we have saved thousands of dollars a year and the ROI is a no brainer.

positively. I have more time to do more strategic work now and is getting better. Our onboarding is done before the employee comes in first day allowing us to put them in their position sooner, the surveys keep us on top of the pulse of the organization, and the use of the other modules have given us the tool to eliminate 90-95% of the cumbersome admin work of the past.
Still trying to determine. i just started using these tools so i have no measurements to speak of but i am impressed so far. The first few surveys have identified the positive and opportunities areas for us to work on, and the employees seem to enjoy the peer to peer recognition.
This systems rivals some of the industry big companies. I have used UKG, ADP, SuccessFactors and SAP and Paylocity's user friendly system, suite of products and stellar support are on par if not better for far less cost and learning curves.
All the features of the bigger companies with the user friendly touch that smaller platforms have. The time and labor system is actually far superior than UKG and SAP and the Payroll is easier to run and maintain than ADP and Paycor.

Great for medium and small companies however those with more complex pay policies and need for customization it may be limited. If you have less than 100 employees and 10-12 job titles, the system is very easy to implement the performance module. Once you build it, it is very easy to modify as needed.

No. As a non profit, we simply cannot afford luxuries or "like to have" add ons.
Setting up my performance module was a breeze. They made it so easy by showing me shortcuts to avoid duplication or starting from the ground in creating reviews and tasks.
