Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for our everyday HR needs. Timeclock management, Expenses, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.

  • Cost savings with subscription
The onboarding and recruiting has automated our processes, but the payroll is not automated because we still need to review the data to ensure accuracy.
Our employees have not utilized the Community or Recognition features very much, but the surveys have really helped with engagement.
Paycom had better reporting features, but it was a bit more difficult to use and less user friendly with other features.

Paylocity is especially well-suited for integrations with other software and services. My biggest complaint with Paylocity is its reporting features, and this seems to be the biggest complaint with most of the reviews that I see from other Paylocity customers. Specifically, that you cannot pull reports from cross-platform. Like If I wanted a payroll report to include benefits information.
