We use Paylocity as our main software for all HR needs. We maintain HR files and complete payroll, recruitment, learning, and survey modules. The product is able to address many facets. HR Edge provides us with answers to questions regarding HR issues/concerns. They have also helped review our handbook and provide feedback in areas that needed attention. We have been pleased with the ease of use for our team members and HR department. The automation makes the administrative piece of HR simpler. The program is constantly being updated with new areas of focus as well as improvements to modules.

Allows HR to spend less time calculating payroll. This has been the biggest time saver for the HR Department. It has given us time to work on culture and performance. Utilizing the recruitment section has simplified our sourcing and can funnel out candidates who do not meet basic criteria. We have been pleased with the use of this module, and it's been beneficial in decreasing our workload.

Our team members love the use of the community. We utilize it for comings and goings, what's happening around the company, and impressions. Team members enjoy communicating through the use of community and recognizing their peers. It's been a fun tool to use and valuable to increase engagement. Surveys have provided us with excellent feedback, and most are automated, so we do not have to worry about missing the opportunity to survey our team.
