Payroll and Time Management
  • Great Customer Service
  • Easy to use Help Line
  • Intuitive program
  • Payroll Batching process has repetitive steps that could be combined. When I create a payroll for salaried employees it would be nice if I could also pull in time sheet data at the same time.
  • It's not always clear when you are making updates to a payroll file versus HR file versus time and labor file and why you perform steps in various sections

Easier to use for our unique business structure. Paylocity also has the best customer service of those two products.

Best Suited as a Payroll and Time Keeping company
Less Suited as a Reporting and data analytics for HR and Payroll. Reporting works, but isn't always easy to use.
