Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity for all of my pay/scheduling/time sheets. The product is great for shift swaps, requesting time off, submitting and requesting approval for overtime, filling out surveys, and company announcements, and checking for open positions in the company. It is also useful for submitting corrections for missed or incorrect clock punches, as well as requesting pay advances for emergencies, which is probably the best new feature that Paylocity offers and what really sets it apart from other similar programs on the market.

Paylocity's overall tools/layout for pay, scheduling, and timesheets has made it really easy to accomplish what I need to on a daily basis. It provides quick access to check my previous timesheets in order to submit a punch correction, request overtime, or look up other employee schedules in case I want to submit for a shift swap.
Paylocity offers a Community section where company-wide notices are displayed, as well as fun things like birthdays/anniversaries/questionnaires, etc. It also has a section to post video updates and any training or instructional videos that need to be viewed for new procedures or programs that we will need to use in the coming months.
Our company switched to Paylocity over a year ago and I think it was a great move since Paylocity has more features overall, is more intuitive and easier to use, and offers a pay advance option that is a lifesaver for tough times/emergencies when I really need some extra pay within one business day. That feature alone makes Paylocity the best option for a company to utilize!

Paylocity is great for all clock punches/timesheet tasks, requesting time off, swapping shifts, submitting surveys, and filling out/reviewing performance reviews. It is also fantastic for requesting pay advances if you need one for an emergency before the next paycheck deposit. I do not feel like there is anything at all that isn't appropriate for Paylocity, and I would like to see more features and customizable settings in the future, especially for the app.
