Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We utilize Paylocity for our timekeeping, HR, Payroll, Learning, surveys, communication, and much more.
  • Easy to use.
  • Clean details.
  • Love how each area merges the data together.
  • Training site is very efficient.
  • Reviews could offer auto reminder settings.
  • I would love it if the self-reviews could be set up to auto-populate based on the hire date or a set review date in the system.
  • HR Efficiency - lower labor cost for HR.
  • Employee satisfaction to view personnel information with ease.
  • Easy benefit open enrollment processing.
It allowed us to decrease HR staffing.
The community site keeps the entire company updated on important communications of the company. Employee merits are a great motivating experience for employees to share their comments.
