Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity as our prime HRIS system for payroll, time and labor, benefits, onboarding, recruitment, performance, compensation, and learning.

For the most part, Paylocity has been a great tool for us. However, the inability to customize some aspects of performance and payroll has led to the need to find workarounds for some processes. This has caused frustration in my department and with our team.
Having the Paylocity Community has helped as a communication tool. We are not using it for anything other than that purpose.
