Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We currently use Paylocity weekly to submit payroll hours and pay. It is also used to maintain employee files, evaluations, dates, and such. We are hoping to soon use it to track time off, such as PTO and sick hours. It is user-friendly, and we have no complaints. Customer service/tech support is always prompt and helpful if we need them.

When it used to take an entire morning to process payroll, now it takes not even an hour. This frees up a lot of my time for other things or employee involvement. The reporting is also easier for our CPA to understand and prepare yearly tax returns. Again, highly recommended.
Have not used much of this, really. We do use evaluation tracking, which has helped us provide the employee with feedback regularly on a yearly basis it should be. Before Paylocity, it would slip through the cracks and only get done every two to three years. Even though this can still use improvement, it is definitely better.

ADP was not user-friendly at all. It was quite confusing just to process payroll, much less reports. We had an HR clerk steal over $50k by adding direct deposits to her payroll, and ADP never alerted anyone. When called about this, they claimed it is not their responsibility.
