Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use many aspects of Paylocity for our business--HR&Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding, Performance, and Time and Labor. The performance and time and labor pieces are a little cluncky to use.
  • Recruiting is very easy and intuitive to use.
  • I love Community and the ease of use.
  • Data Insights are very helpful for looking at trends.
  • Scheduler is not easy to use--should be able to custom sort.
  • Workflows are difficult to navigate.
  • Performance needs to be easier to use.
  • Reduced errors
  • Reduced processing time
  • Better communication
Our employees love community and use it frequently.
Customer service is much better than Paycom.
Paycom's reporting was much easier to navigate.
