Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use many aspects of Paylocity for our business--HR&Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding, Performance, and Time and Labor. The performance and time and labor pieces are a little cluncky to use.

Pros

  • Recruiting is very easy and intuitive to use.
  • I love Community and the ease of use.
  • Data Insights are very helpful for looking at trends.

Cons

  • Scheduler is not easy to use--should be able to custom sort.
  • Workflows are difficult to navigate.
  • Performance needs to be easier to use.
  • Reduced errors
  • Reduced processing time
  • Better communication
Scheduler needs work. would like to be able to pull everything from the employee file. ex--would like to click on schedule tab an it takes me to their schedule.
Our employees love community and use it frequently.
need more streamlined from employee file.
need to be able to have custom reports without paying a fortune.
Customer service is much better than Paycom. Paycom's reporting was much easier to navigate.

Formal evaluations are not easy to design or give. Need to be able to have more than 1 reviewer. Community is loved by most employees. Reports are not always the easiest to build or sort.
