Paylocity gives our employees more access to control changes themselves without having to come to me to address. They can go to their ap to communicate with me as well instead of calling or emailing me to make changes or address an issue.

Paylocity has provided HR to update our processes and allow our staff to have more capability to make changes and view their personnel information at anytime. The updated IT features allows us to meet todays standards within the business world and shows that we care about our staff and our processes.
We are still learning our way through Community, Peer Recognition and Surveys. These are things that I need to improve my knowledge on this year and use more with our staff. I have used Community some but not enough. I have used the Surveys a few times but again, I need to dive in deeper to those this year.
Advantage Payroll was going out of business and was being bought out by Paychex. After viewing several payroll companies and demoing each one, I chose Paylocity and haven't regretted my decision.
