Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use it as our HRIS, timekeeping, payroll, performance management, recruiting, recognition

  • getting on the same page as the client to resolve issues the first time without a number of back and forth e-mails/calls; in my opinion, some reps don't know what they are doing
  • Changing GLs - shouldn't be so hard, I thought there was a change announced a year ago that we could make these changed ourselves
  • Sorting things, recruiting software, should be able to sort by applicants last name, not just their first name, how sorts anything by first name???
  • consistency in payroll
we use impressions, the team likes them

We have not had any issues with time and labor and hr and payroll talking to each other when processing payroll.
