Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We implemented Paylocity for our HRIS for our growing organization. Our previous provider was great but too small for us as we grew. We also had very limited access to reporting, and that was one of the biggest selling features to be able to make stronger data-driven decisions.

We have yet to see this but will when we complete implementation. I feel like automation will help us as a lean HR team more effectively.
We have used Paylocity to complete our first employee survey. I loved that users could get notifications on their phones and do the survey quickly and on the go. We haven't used the other features but are excited to implement them.
We went with Paylocity because of the level of service they provided for a company of our size. Being mid-market, there aren't many options, but I feel confident with our decision for us and our employees moving forward as we continue to grow internally and within different states.
