Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Payroll processing, Tax filing, Benefits and FSA administration. We use Community for announcements and recognition, we do not have business problems that need addressing.

- Flexible Spending Account and Health Reimbursement account administration. Pulls from the wrong account occasionally, allows use of HRA funds for spouses who are not on the plans.

Paylocity's tools have allowed me as a department of one to focus on employee engagement by freeing up the time I would spend on Payroll, scheduling and timekeeping. Our engagement scores have risen drastically.
We do not use all that is available to us but Community and Impressions are beginning to be quite popular and being used more and more by managers.
Paycom and Paylocity were very close in offerings and cost. We used ADP previously and we were not satisfied. Paylocity fit our needs and seemed to be priced competitively.
