Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I process payroll for our organization including assisting with direct deposit changes and replacing lost paychecks as needed.

Pros

  • Ease of navigation for employees to view their information and pay history.
  • Prompt response/resolution to configuration questions that have come up.

Cons

  • The process to void a paycheck could be slightly smoother. Currently a form has to be submitted and an entry made when processing payroll. It seems like that could be one step.
  • Reduced payroll errors such as over payment
Employees have been slow to adopt engagement tools, but HR has used them for announcements for upcoming activities and such.

Learning the system and how it works has been fairly easy. Any unusual circumstances have been handled promptly and the onboarding support has been outstanding.
