Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Our organization uses Paylocity for Expense reimbursements, Payroll, and New Hire Onboarding. We wanted to devise a way to go paperless and allow employees to keep better track of their expenses while updating their personal information, such as emergency contacts, W2s, or state tax information.

- Correcting Time Off Request.
- We love the time of request process, although editing a request should be easier than deleting it.
- The expense report side has helped with our paperless process and tracking mileage.
- On-boarding has helped with making sure we comply with our new hire checklist process.
We are a small organization with one person in HR, so having a system that allows users to modify and update their personal information themselves has been time-efficient. We just need a way to correct the time of request without deleting the previous one. Also, people need to see on their dashboards any requests sent to prevent duplication.
We do not use this feature.
We are still in the process of comparing options and pricing to other platforms.
