Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I am the HR manager so my scope of use is wide, I have small role in payroll processing so everything outside of payroll is my scope. The biggest problem is effective communication on all fronts. I’m hoping by centralizing as much as possible within Paylocity so it is the norm for everyone to create an effective one-stop shop for employee needs that is also a messaging and communications platform.

- Reporting search using intuitive system where you can describe or check the type of data you are trying to compile, not just searching by keyword
- Customizable control of information access improves security and privacy compliance
- Lowered overhead cost
- Easier and faster work
We are a newer client so haven’t yet had much movement in the impact of automation of new areas in use.
Small impact so far, but growing and lots of room for improvement of engagement.
Matching or better services, more end-user friendly, and more cost effective.
