Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for everything HR and payroll. It allows us the ability to automate a lot of our functions so we no longer have to do them manually. Also allows us to keep employee files in the system so everything is at our fingertips.
Pros
- Recruiting module works well
- System is very user friendly
- Survey ‘s are very helpful
Cons
- In my experience, customer service is very slow and not all reps are knowledgeable
- Reports can be very confusing
- In my opinion, getting help with reports is very difficult
- Better workplace visibility
- Time saving for certain things
- Better processes
Better transparency and ease of getting information to employees
This is one of my favorite pieces. It allows the employees to celebrate and support each in a positive manner.
ADP just did not have the variety of functionality that we needed and UKG was quite expensive!!! Paylocity provides the tools we need at a reasonable price.
