Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for our payroll. We have 29 full time employees so it does help process payroll.

Pros

Cons

  • being more up to date with tax changes
  • having more flexibility with funding sources for non profits
  • having a local representative to help
  • organized employee records
  • anniversary and birthday reports
  • In my experience, Paylocity is a time suck
The new payroll is easier to read, I wish the manual time entry wasn't so time consuming and there was a better way to manually imput.
None, we use the reports but w mostly do everything manually.
Was before my time, we've been with Paylocity a very long time.

Paylocity is trying to move toward to the modern world however, we still experience issues with manually entering salary timesheets and overall Paylocity is not user friendly.
