Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We utilize Paylocity for HR & Payroll, Onboarding, Performance Management, Time & Labor, COBRA and QSEHRA administration. In each of these areas, Paylocity has streamlined and standardized our workflows. Our organization is far more efficient as a result of having implemented Paylocity.

I haven't noticed any specific automations, but maybe that's the point. We're very happy with how Paylocity is streamlining our business processes.
We haven't been utilizing these employee engagement tools but plan to consider them more in the future.
Dollar for dollar, Paylocity provided more value for our business than Quickbooks desktop/online payroll and Netsuite payroll. There are better insights, more automation, and far better support than anything we'd seen in Paylocity's competitors.

Everything we're doing has been made more efficient with Paylocity. The only module we decided wasn't for us was Recruiting, which we felt was easier to handle directly on Indeed's platform.
