Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
My organization was looking for a HRIS system that would meet the needs of our employees, finance team, and manaagement. Partnering with Paylocity has met and exceeded our needs over the years. I have worked with Paylocity for over three years now at my current employer and we are extremely happy with the platform. Our employees like the ease of use for the platform and the reliability of the information provided. The self-service portal makes it easy for our employees to get the information they need at the touch of the fingertip and not having to wait on HR to respond to their request. With being a department of one, Paylocity has been a great business partner, and I look forward to continuing our partnership.

Cons
- Implementation process was a little difficult but once the system was up and running, we were very happy with the customer service received.
- Train Paylocity supervisors to trust the customer more than the employee when concerns are brought to their attention.
- Less errors for payroll reporting to states and local municipalities. Freeing up our Finance ADM to focus on other duties.
- New Hire Onboarding creates less work and higher potential for human error.
- The ease of W-2 tracking throughout the year frees up time at the end of the year to focus on other year end responsibilities.
Paylocity's automation tools has allowed me to focus on other key areas in Human Resources. The automation of onboarding, recruiting, applicant tracking has saved me hours with being a department of one. I trust the platform and know that my employees are getting correct and accurate information. This allows for less follow-up time and great customer service.
Our employee look forward to the peer recognition and are honored to be able to thank and congratulate their co-workers. This platform has increased employee morale and retention. Our managers also like to track the interaction of their teams to see how they can on the spot recognize their team and give well deserved shout outs during management meetings.
The Paylocity platform is so much easier to navigate and set-up verses the use of ADP Workforce Now products. I worked for three different companies that used ADP and every system was different. There was a huge learning curve with ADP and I appreciate the ease of use with the Paylocity platform.
