User Friendly and Customizable Solution!

We use Paylocity for our HRIS system to include housing all employee personnel data, recruitment, benefits, compensation, performance management, and payroll. We will be utilizing it for the learning (LMS) functions soon as well. The platform is a one-stop-shop for us and addresses mainly the elimination of manual or paper processes or even processes that were previously done by multiple platforms. I am head of HR and I like that I have one vendor to deal with and one source of truth for everything. It makes everything so much more simplified.

We have been able to avoid costly lawsuits because of the automation around payroll items that Paylocity has been able to provide that other vendors did not. This has been a significant win for us.

Our employees picked up on and love using the community center and peer recognition. We have also made great use of the surveys. We use them regularly to provide valuable data regarding events, program changes, or even employee offerings that we are considering. This allows us to be nimble and truly hear our employees.
