Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity is our HR system and we utilize all modules within the organization. We used UKG before implementing Paylocity and our biggest concerns were that the modules did not speak or support one another.

- Multiple approvers on workflows, the participant may need to be a Distribution list, not a single person
- More customizable notifications, visibility into system configured notifications
- More robust dashboard in Recruiting and Onboarding
- Deletion of tasks after workflow is rescinded
- Dynamic reporting across modules, being able to pull data from all modules into one place.
- Better Electronic Document Storage and Workflow for ER Team
- Easier Reporting for Managers
We are currently trying to move EAF process into Paylocity from an external system. This will allow more time for HR to spend with people relation issues instead of doing data entry.
The community has been wonderful in order for us to communicate to the organization as a whole, getting news out fast has been helpful to stay in front of questions employees might have. We used the video tool in Onboarding to send a message to new hires from our CEO and that's been a nice touch.
The configuration seemed comparable to Oracle, easy back end builds and corrections.
