Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We switched from another payroll provider mid year and so glad we did. Paylocity has made our payroll processing and reconciling much more efficient and saved us tons of hours. The only thing Paylocity is lacking, is their benefits portion. That’s why I rated it at nine. Our benefits specialist has had a really hard time with different modules.

I cannot speak for HR, but the accounting and payroll side has been a lifesaver! Again, the talking between the accounting software we have and Paylocity has been phenomenal! It has literally saved us tons of hours.
Our employees are still getting used to this, but they do love the recognition. They love that it’s an automated message on the Portal wishing them a happy birthday or happy anniversary. They like that they can go in and recognize other employees as well.
Hands-down, payroll in Paylocity versus ADP is the best thing we could’ve ever done for our company. The benefits piece however is lacking. Reconciling and making sure year-to-date totals match IRS guidelines has been a nightmare for us.
