Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We have been using Paylocity for just over one year and are still exploring the tools. We currently use the payroll and onboarding platforms the most.
Pros
- Easy payroll processing and submitting
- Initial response to email questions
- Kind and courteous
Cons
- Teaching new clients processes with a live person
- Follow up on difficult questions - often need prompting to see if there is an update or answer
- Reduction in time spent on payroll processing - positive
- Unable to get clear training on other platforms - negative
We have not had the opportunity to use much of what Paylocity has to offer so cannot fully answer.
We do not understand any of the tools or how to use them yet.
