Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is our Human Resources Information System. We use it for employee records, payroll, taxes, performance management, reporting and analytics, new employee onboarding, spending accounts, time and labor, data insights, some learning. It keeps all things employees in one place.

It has helped human resources focus on actual people and not payroll and time tracking.
We don't use these tools. We may have access to them, but they are not used.

Paylocity is well suited for most things Human Resources. From payroll to taxes, spending accounts, performance and onboarding it well suited for. I think the learning still needs some work for offerings and content, so if you are looking for a learning platform, it is a little less appropriate.
