Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for all HR, Payroll, and Benefit processing needs. Business problems the product addresses are our K-1 employees and their tax deductions, problems we've had with benefits from outside sources being uploaded and processed into Paylocity, and payroll processing needs.
Pros
- Paylocity has a great help feature.
- Paylocity is very user friendly.
- Paylocity is easy to use and navigate.
Cons
- Paylocity could improve with the changes constantly being made to the software. Sometimes it's hard to find where things have been moved to after these changes.
- Paylocity has helped with reducing costs.
- Paylocity has helped by having more consistent processes in payroll.
We haven't used these automated processes, yet.
Paylocity's employee engagement tools have helped our employees become a better community through communication and recognition.
Paylocity can handle our K-1 employees, while ADP could not. Paylocity is also more user friendly than ADP.
