Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll, onboarding, performance development and recognitions, expense management

Recognitions has been one of first features our staff has utilized, Love it
It's hard not to compare to previous platform (Paycor), some of the things I need to accomplish (ie bonus checks) take way more clicks than what I was accustomed to. I think just learning and getting used to the new system will help
Paycor's home page or landing pages are automatic. Seems like Paylocity is always set to our bank info even though I have sought help to have it changed several times. Paycor landing page is very user friendly to help you navigate whatever you are looking to accomplish. There are fewer steps or clicks in to get to what you need to do

Implementation was tough and some specialists not knowledgeable but communicate as if they are it can set you on wrong path and waste time and cause stress
