Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use it for our GPS process as well as for people management.

Would love some more automation but Paylocity nickle and dimes you for everything and their support is great at ghosting
Impressions are great. Our people love them.
I have now seen demos of Rippling and Paylocity definitely is lacking behind
So much worse than Rippling. Pretty on par with ATD

Workable
Importing people from workable requires 40 clicks (we counted!) We regularly onboard cohorts of 30 people and it takes forever.
