Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for Payroll and for managing employees times. We had a lot of products for different purposes and Paylocity was able to integrate all of them in the platform, now more processes are automated and it's easier to focus on more improvements. They are constantly changing and integrating tools like AI to simplify questions regarding the company but also their customer service is available for deeper questions.

  • Reporting for better decision making
Certainly, this has been one of the best things Paylocity has, automation of expenses approval is something we are waiting for very excited! Payroll always requires revisions, so I think how it is now it's fine.
Some pages don't have the same design or others have a different kind of letter. Clickable areas are clear but sometimes it's hard to find everything because it isn't well organised or there are many options available.

Bamboo is a little bit harder to understand and sends you a million notifications. Paylocity advises about what needs to be done and gives easy access to what we need.

Paylocity is appropriate if you want to have a friendly integration of products for HR, manage Payroll, and want to have documents controlled and for easy access. Less appropriate when your organisation uses other platforms such as Google, because they are not direct integrations.
