Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll and employee information such as personal info, taxes info, PTO history and more. I like using Paylocity, but one concern I have is our account manager never answers, but on the other end of that, when I get a different customer service person, they are able to help.

Pros

  • Payroll is simple
  • Onboarding is great
  • Taxes update is great
  • Update information easy

Cons

  • My account never answers phone is really my main concern
  • PTO report is kind of wonky
Making payroll super easy and we do not use the time and labor feature
We love the help tool for employees that have question on how to update DD and others
Very easy to use. If I have a problem I know the customer people will help me.

Payroll and updating employee information is super easy and I like the help button that provides videos and directions.
