The payroll, leave, time tracking, benefits, recruiting and onboarding all work well together, the approach for our applicants, employees and leaders is simple and easy to navigate overall. Having an HRIS system that doesn't cause any frustration for HR, our employees and our leaders is very important and helps with retention.
We aren't currently using these features to the full extent. May consider doing so in the future.
Simple, clear easy to navigate. I can make a quick call to the service team if I have questions or run into issues. They are responsive and very helpful.
For the price - Paylocity beats ADP. ADP does have great functionality and has stronger reporting capabilities.

They make payroll processing simple, seamless and easy! Their tax team files the taxes with each state, which for us is very important given we operate in many different states. The benefits system and time tracking integrate well with payroll which limits the opportunity for errors and creates a seamless experience for our staff.
