Paylocity - Great for Mid-Sized Companies
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for our HR/Payroll system. They have been wonderful from implementation to use. Their customer service is great, in that we have a dedicated team that works with our company who is familiar with how we process things and can address any issues or needs that we have. They are very quick to respond to any emails or questions that we have as well.

I process the payrolls and the ease of processing has reduced the time it takes for me to do that. The HR function is run out of another office, but they chose not to implement the talent acquisition and onboarding piece at this time.
This is the first payroll company we have used that has had the mobile feature, which our employees have had great success with. They are also able to leave peer to peer recognition which I think they have also enjoyed.
Paylocity is 100 times better than both the mentioned companies. Their customer service wonderful to deal providing us with an reply back in a timely fashion, instead of waiting weeks to hear back about something. Paylocity also listened to our needs, and did not try to fit us into their model.
