Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll, benefits, and tracking time off across our team. It’s made a big difference in how smoothly things run day to day. The platform is easy to use, and it cuts out a lot of manual steps. Employees like being able to handle their own updates and requests directly. I'm not super hands on but it does the trick

Paylocity’s automation tools have definitely saved us time and reduced errors. Payroll runs faster and more consistently now that everything. Managers don’t have to chase down timesheets or manually track PTO anymore. HR has more bandwidth to focus on hiring, onboarding, and keeping employees engaged instead of just pushing paperwork
They’ve had a positive but subtle impact overall. The Community feed helps people feel more connected across departments, especially for sharing updates or small wins that might otherwise go unnoticed. The Peer Recognition feature is great for giving quick shoutouts.
I feel like it does the job!
