Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Our business uses Paylocity to manage and streamline core HR functions. The platform supports a wide range of HR processes, including recruiting and onboarding, performance management, learning and development and payroll and timekeeping. The system's vast analytics and reporting capabilities have been instrumental in identifying and resolving issues efficiently. Paylocity is utilized across many levels of the organization from individual employees to executive leadership.

Using Paylocity’s recruiting and onboarding tools, along with the time and labor and benefits integrations, has made our jobs so much easier. It’s cut down our workload and helped eliminate errors that used to come from manual processes.
Our organization uses the community to communicate with employees. The employees are more engaged utilizing this process especially with peer recognition.
Communication from service team leaders is our biggest complaint. Outside of issues with service team leads, Paylocity has been a great platform.

Overall Paylocity is a great HRIS software. Assigned team leaders on our account are constantly changing with little communication from our representatives. This can be frustrating. Our organization is assigned a great team lead who consistently responds to issues and two months later, we are assigned someone new without an introduction or explanation.
