Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We utilize Paylocity for payroll, benefits, performance reviews, recruiting, and onboarding. Our business issues are that we cannot get new pay codes set-up, discuss readily with our account representative, complete the set-up automation of GL automation, set-up compensation management.
Pros

Cons
- GL programming automation to various accounting software
- Spread taxes for large one-time payment; we have to manually calc
- Improved education of team members when you call in as we rarely have been able to talk to our account representative
- Faster turnaround on payroll code set-up; it has been almost 3 months and still the code is not set-up
- Improved recruiting tools
There are multiple fields to input the same information (i.e. supervisor has to be changed and input in multiple areas) as the system is bifurcated. We did not know this until we were converting.
Minimal impact
We have given notice to terminate Paylocity and are returning to ADP
