Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

In our organization, we use Paylocity for HRIS, employee record maintenance, payroll processing, benefits, reports.

Pros

  • Easy platform to navigate.
  • Offers modules to cover most of the employee life cycle.
  • Ability to call customer support for Qs.

Cons

  • Outside sourcing of benefit reps and clunky benefit platform.
  • Extra cost for additional modules.
  • Too much time needed to set up feeds.

It's intuitive and easy to look at and easy to navigate.
Less customize needed. Paylocity's product met our needs.
