Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll and HR. I love everything Paylocity, including the prevailing wage feature which was the one feature that sealed the deal when we signed up.

  • Nothing comes to mind
  • Has reduced the amount of time spent processing payroll
  • Detailed certified payroll reports have cut down on the time spent creating the reports manually
  • Accurate payroll tax reporting & Payments have relieved the stress of issues with state agencies
The time tracking has helped with more accurate job costing, easy to access time off calendar helps with managing employee time off, clear daily & weekly hour posting on the time cards.
We have not taken advantage of these tools yet.
Paylocity is a very simple platform to use; the help icon is also very useful when I have a question.

We have almost 50 employees and the program is well suited for that size payroll processing. I also like the prevailing wage feature, handling of the garnishments feature and the job costing/GL reports we are able to access.
