Overall Satisfaction with Pendo.io

We use Pendo.io in multiple products at ECI for a variety of purposes. We use Guides to inform customers about updates to the software or up-coming maintenance windows. We use polls to understand customer satisfaction with new features, we use analytics to see where customers are spending time or not spending time, we use the NPS to understand general customer sentiment and we use it to promote additional features or add-ons to the software for customers to increase the value we provide.

We're getting there. COE's are for sure recommended. We have key stakeholders that push Pendo.io toward all of our go-forward platforms and some high level Pendo.io experts that keep pushing for greater adoption. We are a very siloed organization though.
We use the AI writing functions in guides often and have started to use the AI Insights a little. These are very useful tools to help improve the content we put out as well as saving us time in analyzing information coming in. I think the AI Insights could use some fine tuning or maybe we just need more training.
It has given me greater confidence in the messages we are putting out there for customers and helped give better insight to what customers are saying in the polls/research we've been conducting.
It's pretty simple to use. The interface is intuitive and there are lots of little helpers and examples to get you where you need to go. The hardest part is thinking of the questions you want to answer with Pendo.io and then figuring out how you'll use it to answer the question.
Pendo.io was selected for us. I actually really like Intercom and think there are some things it does better but Pendo.io has better Analytics and User tracking, at least at the time when I tried Intercom.

I love how you can use Pendo.io to gather users and their opinions to help drive your product roadmap. I also love how you can communicate new features and updates to users and track adoption. On the analytics side of things being able to segment by different account or user properties gives interesting perspective and shows you were to look for improving.
