Overall Satisfaction with Pendo.io

Before Pendo.io, we lacked clear visibility into how users were navigating our products and which features they were actually using. It was tough to make informed, data-driven decisions about where to focus our product improvements. Pendo.io solved this by giving us real-time, actionable insights into user behavior. We've been able to identify friction points in the user journey, improve onboarding flows, and increase adoption of underutilized features. Overall, it's helped us build a more user-centric product strategy.

Yes, we've established a Pendo.io “pod” which functions as an informal Centre of Excellence. This includes a dedicated Slack channel and a Confluence page where teams share best practices, solutions, and ideas. It has worked extremely well, creating a collaborative space where product, customer success, and operations teams can quickly support one another. As a result, we've accelerated the rollout of in-app initiatives, resolved issues faster, and consistently aligned Pendo.io activities to business outcomes such as feature adoption improvements and customer engagement. It has also helped build internal capability and confidence in using Pendo.io's more advanced features. And some other times as a way to identify that we need to open a support ticket with Pendo.io.
It is intuitive for core tasks like tracking feature usage, building Guides, and viewing dashboards. The interface is clean and well structured, making it easy for product managers and operational teams to get value quickly without heavy technical support. However, there is a noticeable learning curve when setting up advanced custom events, reports, or integrations, which can take some time and internal knowledge-sharing to master.

Pendo.io works really well when you need to understand how users are interacting with your product day to day. It's great for spotting where people are getting stuck, improving onboarding journeys, and sending in-app messages or announcements without needing extra development time. We've found it especially useful for boosting adoption of features that weren't getting much use. Also found a few surprise features that got a lot of use but not a lot of love until we saw the usage metrics.
