Yes, we've established a Pendo.io “pod” which functions as an informal Centre of Excellence. This includes a dedicated Slack channel and a Confluence page where teams share best practices, solutions, and ideas. It has worked extremely well, creating a collaborative space where product, customer success, and operations teams can quickly support one another. As a result, we've accelerated the rollout of in-app initiatives, resolved issues faster, and consistently aligned Pendo.io activities to business outcomes such as feature adoption improvements and customer engagement. It has also helped build internal capability and confidence in using Pendo.io's more advanced features. And some other times as a way to identify that we need to open a support ticket with Pendo.io.
